Credits and failed generations

A generation that fails costs no credits. If credits were taken and you got nothing back, email us and we'll restore them.

Billing and cancelling

Change or cancel your plan from the billing portal: click your SM avatar at the top right of the dashboard, or Manage plan in the plans window.

Using Supermodel from ChatGPT, Claude or other AI agents

Connect https://supermodelsai.com/api/mcp and sign in with your Supermodel account. To disconnect an app, click Disconnect next to it under Connected AI apps in your dashboard. See the AI agents page for setup steps.

To export or delete your account and everything you generated, email support@supermodelsai.com from your account email. Details are in the privacy policy.
