Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Supermodel (“Supermodel”, “we”, “us”), a service operated by SUPERMODEL. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Supermodel.

1. The service

Supermodel lets you create fictional AI influencers and generate images and videos of them, including by recreating the structure of existing short videos. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, imperfect or unexpected.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with Google or an email link, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@supermodelsai.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that include a monthly credit allowance. Generations use credits at the rates shown in the app before you confirm.
• Monthly credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. One-off top-up packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Credits spent on a generation that fails are returned to your balance.
• Payments, taxes and invoices are handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. You manage your plan, payment method and invoices, and can cancel, in the Dodo customer portal linked from the app.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

4. What you may not create

Supermodel is safe-for-work only. You may not use it to create:

• Nudity or sexual content, or any content involving minors or influencers who look under 18.
• Content depicting a real person without their explicit permission, including public figures and celebrities.
• Content that harasses, defames, impersonates or deceives others, including fake endorsements or news.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or breaks the law.

We check uploads and outputs automatically and may block a generation, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.

5. Reference photos and source videos

You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you explicit permission. When you paste a link to a video, you confirm you have the right to use it as a reference. You are responsible for the audio, music and other material you publish with your outputs.

6. Ownership of outputs

As between you and us, you own the images and videos you generate and may use them commercially, subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content to run the service.

7. AI disclosure

You are responsible for labelling AI-generated content as required by each platform where you post and by applicable law, and for disclosing sponsored or affiliate relationships.

8. Referral programme

If you take part in the referral programme, referral rewards are paid as described on the referral page. We may withhold rewards for self-referrals, fraud or spam.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes by email or in the app. You can stop using Supermodel at any time; we may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
