Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Supermodel collects, why, and what you can do about it. The controller is SUPERMODEL. Contact: support@supermodelsai.com.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Content: the prompts you write, reference photos and product photos you upload, links you paste, and the images and videos you generate.
• Billing data: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Dodo Payments and never reach us.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and error reports.

2. How we use it

• To run the service: generate content, keep your influencers and history, and manage credits.
• To keep it safe: check uploads and outputs against our content rules and prevent abuse.
• To communicate: sign-in links, notifications when a video is ready, receipts and important changes.
• To improve it: aggregated product analytics and error monitoring.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploaded reference photos to train AI models, and we choose providers whose terms don't allow them to train on your content.

3. Who processes it

We use service providers to run Supermodel. They process data on our behalf:

• fal.ai, running image and video models, including Google's Nano Banana and Gemini Omni Flash.
• Google Cloud (Gemini) for analysing source videos.
• Apify for downloading the source videos you link to.
• Dodo Payments as merchant of record for subscriptions and payments.
• Amazon Web Services for hosting, database, file storage, content moderation (Rekognition) and Claude by Anthropic via Bedrock, which assembles edits. Data is stored in the US (us-east-1).
• Brevo for sign-in links and notification emails.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you delete content it is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to some processing. Email support@supermodelsai.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand how the product is used.

8. Changes

We'll post updates here and tell you by email about material changes.
